The Outings Coordinator will receive your proposal. Once approved the information in the form will be used to advertise the outing to members. Please provide as much detail as possible in your form.

  1. Description of Outing – a summary of key features.
  2. Min/max numbers- include any limits on numbers if applicable.
  3. Inclusions – What is covered in the cost- eg transport, accommodation, meals and entries.
  4. Cost – Single, Double, Twin or Single Supplement (if overnight accommodation is included). 
  5. Any additional information – About the  organisation of the event- eg payment deposits, deadlines.
  6. Attach files option- a detailed itinerary, a 1/2 A4 word doc on the outing with photos if possible to publish on the website etc
