PROPOSING AN OUTING, EVENT OR ACTIVITY.

Members are encouraged to propose and run outings. They may be single day trip by coach, car or public transport; or longer tours involving overnight accommodation.

To propose an outing complete and submit the ‘Propose an Outing or Event’ form on this page. 

The Outings Coordinator will receive and process the proposal. Once approved the information in the form is used to advertise the outing, so please provide as much detail as possible. 

Summary of key inclusions:

1. Min/max numbers- include limits if applicable.
2. Inclusions – What is covered in the cost? eg transport, accommodation, meals and entries.
3. Cost – Single, Double, Twin or Single Supplement (for accommodation purposes). 
4. Any additional information –  eg  deposits, payment deadlines.
5. Attach optional files: e.g. a detailed itinerary, a half page description. Possible photos to publish on the website.
