I’m happy to advise that we will be holding our first monthly meeting for 2022 next Thursday, 10 February at 10am in the Community Hall.
|
At the meeting, you will be able to pay your annual membership subscription, which is $30. Please ensure your payment (cash or cheque) is in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your name, the amount and date.
|
To remain financial, members must renew by the end of March. For those who have not yet renewed, payments can be made at this meeting or at the next meeting on 10 March, which will be our AGM.
|
At this month’s meeting, we will continue to record members’ vaccination status, in accordance with our Club’s policy that members participating in any face to face meetings, outings or excursions must show proof of Covid vaccination. It is hoped that once your proof of vaccination has been recorded, it will not be necessary to show it again. Thanks to everyone who provided their documentation at the November meeting; hopefully it will have been noted on your badge.
